For changes and cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in, the amount paid for the reservation (50%) will be used as credit for 12 months from the date of cancellation / change (except on holidays and packages) and expiring without prior notice. For changes and cancellations made with less than 30 days of check-in, the amount paid of the reservation (50%) will no longer be considered as credit nor will it be returned. In case of NO SHOW the amount paid of the reservation (50%) will not be refunded.
