Gastronomy plays an important role and the Pousada Paraíso has an inviting restaurant with a very beautiful ocean view, where a delicious, varied and abundant breakfast is served every morning. Our menu was elaborated regarding typical dishes from regional culinary highlighting the fresh and freshly prepared seafood – fish, prawns, lobsters, octopus and the delicious aratu meat are some of the used ingredients.
The dessert options need to be in a separated chapter: delicious baked coconut candies served with sugar cane molasse and homemade cinnamon ice cream, or even the traditional petit gateau with homemade cream ice cream are some of the delicacies created by our chef.
Our wine list includes terroir options from different regions in the world. It also offers drinks like caipirinhas and caipiroscas prepared with the best and tastier tropical fruits, as well as the traditional cold and pure cachaça (sugar cane brandy). Our beers are always freezing cold to be tasted with a delicious shrimp, aratu or beans bouillon.
