- Check-in 14:00 and check-out 12:00.
- Maid service and housekeeping once a day in the apartment.
- A delicious breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:30 in our restaurant.
- To accommodate a third person in the suite we charge 30% of the daily rate.
- As entertainment we have room with games, DVD library with more than 300 titles and library with about 200 books and magazines.
- For boat trips, rafts, buggies or trails can be arranged with the management in advance of 24 hrs or through our email: contato@paraisocarneiros.com.br (subject to availability), we inform that all these tours / services are outsourced ( not being the same made by the inn).
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments or in the hostel area.
- We require 50% deposit to make the reservation, the remaining balance until the check-out.
- We do not make a return in case of cancellation. In this case, the amount will be credited for a period of up to one year after the reservation. The credit can not be used during holidays.
- The reservation is only confirmed after sending the proof of the deposit of 50% of the daily value to our financial sector through the email: contato@paraisocarneiros.com.br.
- We do not accept checks, all payments must be made through credit / debit card or cash.
- Minimum of two (2) days stay.
- Upon arrival at the hostel guests should contact the management by phone: +51 (81) 98224-5393, 98696-5887 or 98540-6526 so that our staff can receive them at the concierge.
